    Bleach

Anyone watch this? I'm quite a newbie to anime but this is freakin fantastic IMO. I love the humour in it aswell, it's so ridiculous

Only seen 10 episodes, so no spoilers please

Overall it's a very enjoyable series although it tends to suffer from tedious and repetative moments especially around the filler episodes.

My sister reads the manga which is ahead of the anime and supposed to be a lot better too but I really cannot be bothered with that hehe.

Most people I know who watch the show can't really find a fault with it but I tend to have an analytical approach towards anime and movies.

The only reason I'm finding it some what tedious is that the series is in a massive story arc that's thankfully coming to a close soon.

Personally I think you'll enjoy it more because you have to plough through 50 odd episodes before you'll catch up with the current episode so you'll really get into it.

Definitely get Fullmetal Alchemist if you haven't seen it, it's probably one of the best shows that has come out of the last couple of years.

Its got a great story, animation and characters, there's nothing you can complain about it.

Also check out www.animenfo.com it have great database of old and upcoming anime with reviews and other information.

My personal recommendation apart from FMA are Cowboy Bebop, Naruto (even though it has gotten ridiculously bad thanks to lame filler episodes), Full Metal Panic, Samurai Champloo, Great Teacher Onizuka, Monster, and tons of other shows lol.

It's probably best to check out the top 200 on the animenfo site to give yourself a good idea on what to get.

Whoa thanks, seems theres a lot more great anime that I haven't seen

Man I freakin' love this series. My favourite characters are that absurdly loud and funny Kon (the spirit in the teddy lol), Rukia the badass woman, and obviously Ichigo

I can't get any work done at this rate, I keep watching them

Bleach is by no means the best around, but it's definitely amongst the better ongoing series at the moment.

My only worry with this show is that it might share the same fate as Naruto because the anime caught up with the manga so the production team had to make up their own stories which are a disgrace to say the least.

If you think Bleach is humourous wait till you see Great Teacher Onizuka, it's probably one of the most hilarious anime I've ever seen.
