Last time I had a really bad pc company experience it was Polar Technology. They went into liquidation and yet by comparison to my experiences with Mesh, Polar's CS were almost a joy. So I don't see much of a future for Mesh if they continue in this way.

Have people been emailing watchdog from here then?

In response to what Bania said, I agree with you. It is very difficult to run a competitive bulk PC building company, and to those that do and succeed, then good on them.
I must admit, so many have gone bust - Time/Tiny went under enough times - so MESH has done well to stay afloat. One of the ways they have been able to do this, is by reacting to customer wants/demands, and catering for them. They, admittedly, have had issues, but the fact they are working to cure them says a lot for a company, rather than the all too apparent 'meh, we tried' attitude prevalent amongst many in the business.
Good on you MESH, and if I wasn't able to build or provide support for a Dell I'd spec'd, the slight premium wouldn't concern me, and MESH may very well receive my business.

So have you ever owned a Mesh pc then?
Because the service you get is 2nd rate, not once in a while but all the time.
Mesh are now offering 'on-site' warranties as standard, but it takes weeks to get an engineer out to see your pc, all Mesh want to do ever is RTB your pc!!
Then thats when the fun starts as exposed by the tv show last night.

Hi all,
As has been said before, the forum is provided for support purposes only. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of this thread until a good number of people had posted and for that reason I think it would be pretty off for me to remove the posts after the initial announcement at this time, so for now I'll just lock it.
