    No Warranty Seal

Hi, I purchased my computer in november, and after reading the forum, I think my computer should have a warranty seal, am i right? When I recieved the computer, the case was scratched aswell, but it did not affect me that much so I just left it. Could it be that my case was re-used? Thanks

    Hi,

The two computers I have bought from mesh did not have warranty seals on them, and as far I could tell the computers were brand new. Having no warranty seal or even a broken one should still not invalidate your warranty, as Mesh have an open case policy.

    Hi neil217,

The seals were only introduced a couple of months ago so your system wouldn't have one, and isn't losing out on anything because of it so I wouldn't worry too much.
