7. Purchase a right angled SATA lead or several for £4 each from pc world, best cure in the world, this is a problem with DELL pcs too, although there latest offerings do come with a right angled lead. (note to Davey - MESH maybe worth getting supply of right angled SATA leads)

Hi Eddcase,
A couple of alterations needed.
The Manuals folder isn't most likely to be empty, where it is empty it'll either be due to the system having a motherboard newly added to our line-up, or that the manufacturer hasn't released an electronic copy of the manual at the time of production.
We have right angled cables already but for the particular case you refer to, they actually do cause a problem which is why we don't use them. "Prone" ?? As far as I am aware we have had one person complain about having a problem with their cable, and another person feel that that might have been the cause of their problem too. Even if we had twice as many people feel they had the same issue it would still not justify stating that a problem is "prone" to occuring. Please bear in mind that any figures or percentages generated purely from posts to this forum will be lopsided.
