Am I right in thinking that Biostar are always late to market, but when they arrive they are incredible value for money?

I'm considering all options for when Bulldozer arrives - but from memory I don't seem to recall seeing a Biostar at a time when a platform is launching.

Not sure about being late to market but the value for money really is incredible. This 880G board is less than £50:

and seems to have the same specifications as the Asus equivalent at over £60. It also runs CPUs up to 125W according to the list on the manufacturer's site:

I keep thinking I'll wait for the AM3+ boards to come out then see something like this!

I'd be inclined to wait as well. The difference between Intel's last offerings and Sandybridge is stark, and AMD have a bigger difference to overcome.

I just know I'll end up dropping a silly amount on a flashy board though. I don't seem to be able to help myself. :/
