    LGA775 motherboard replacement

    Hi,

I am currently considering my options for a possible replacement for my Asus P5B Deluxe. It's potentially the cause of my current woes - and will be replaced if that's so.
I can't afford to upgrade the rest of the system, so I need a board capable of fitting around everything else.
Currently I have a E6700 CPU, ATI x1950, and 4 sticks of DDR2 RAM. Looking at the motherboards currently for sale on a few sites, it would seem that there are few ATX boards available. The majority of what I come across are mATX. I need it to be able to take the 4 sticks of RAM, and at least 3 SATA drives. I am not overly fussed whether it can overclock well, I just need it to be able to take what I've got

Any help would be appreciated, as I've been 'out of the loop' for too long to know what to look for.
    Thanks,
    Rob

EDIT: I'm hoping to not spend anything more than around £40-50 if possible.

This BioStar is a combo board that takes either 2 sticks of DDR2 *or* 2 sticks of DDR3! So it doesn't fit the OPs requirements.

The other board: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/161010 should be fine, however
