For sale at an excellent price too - £68 with SB850 and USB3.

That's assuming they have priced it correctly after all the trouble they've had with their Easter offers.

Amazon also stocking but slightly higher price of £72.10 and Play.com for £74.90 both with free delivery.

Their is also boards appearing from ASROCK as well with Ginger6.com one of the stockists having a few different models in.

Hopefully Scan can start stocking very soon, as i need to replace processor, board and memory asap in my main rig.

That gives me more confidence about the pricing!

The second and third ASROCK boards posted also look incredibly good value for around £70 each.

Been waiting a long time for the AM3+ boards to be released so I can have the upgrade path to Bulldozer.

Now unsure whether to go for one of these or wait for the new 9 series chipsets to be released. Guessing these will be very expensive to start with though.

Re: AM3+ 800 series motherboards showing up

I purchased a Gigabyte GA-870A USB3 over the Bank holiday weekend from Ebuyer, shame Scan were to slow to stock. This will be fitted with a 955BE and 4GB Kingston Blue 1600 DDR3 and cooled by an Antec KÜHLER H2O 620, no room for big air tower coolers in the Cosmos Sport.

This should tide me over nicely until availability of the new Bulldozer chips and 900 series motherboards arrive in the uk.
