Worth upgrading to Z77 from P67

Is it worth upgrading to Z77 from my current P67 board? What if any advantages would there be? Does Z77 still limits to only dual 8 x 8 crossfire/SLI?

Yes it is still limited to x8/x8 but it is PCIe 3.0 so if you have PCIe 3.0 graphics cards then it is the equivalent of x16/x16 PCIe 2.0.

But you need an Ivy Bridge CPU to actually get PCIe 3.0
