Crosshair IV Extreme - Raid Status Critical

yesterday RaidXpert reported that my logical drive went critical,
Upon reboot it identified the drive as #02 so I removed #01 and it still said a critical drive was in the system, but it booted perfectly and all of my files are still here, so what has happened and what can I do to fix it?
    (RAID 1)
    edit-
If I pull out each drive and leave one in it will boot up from each drive into Windows 7, so no drive is "critical", just a status problem,
    Any ideas guys?

    EDIT_
I no longer need to know as I re-did my raid and it works fine, for now...
