Angry ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/gen3 always back to OC settings, can't clear CMOS

I purchased an ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/gen3 and a Core i5 2500k CPU. On begining I used automatic overclock settings (AI Suite II - Auto Tuining -Extreme) ,

    Results:

Results are terrible, unstable, still restarting system, crashing application etc.

I tried to come back to default settings:
    First
pressing F5 to comeback to Optimized Defaults - NO result after restart always back to Manual OC settings even if I chose Auto
    Second
I turn OFF the computer and unplug the power cord then I move the jumper cap from pins 1-2 ( default ) to pins 2-3. for about 10 seconds, then move the cap back to pins 1-2.

NO RESULTS (clock and date restart but even OC profiles I saved remain unchanged)
I repeated without battery - no results
Then the same but with motherboard-power supply connectors unplugged for 20 hours without battery, no results

Always back to Manual settings shows on screen shots, I tried to X.M.P. mode and always after restart back to Manual, from Auto to Manual as well.
I flash BIOS from EZ flash and from windows AI suite, all the same.
Tried new system without AI suit installed, I try to use computer without battery at all,
    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTHING helps
Now after each restart I manually changing settings in AI Suite:

after each restart always back to manual oc settings.

    Anything else I can do?
    My system:
    ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/gen3
    i5 2500k
Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 PRO CO
    8GB Corsair Vengeance
    Antec TruePower 750W

Have you updated the BIOS at all since you got the P8Z68-V PRO as there was a release to sort out some stability issues.

I never use the Asus auto AI tuner with my board as it never enables really good overclocks and would advise using the XMP system along with manually setting the overclock.

Just Load optimised defaults on last submenu of Bios. Save and reboot!! Your back to the starting position

Auto Overclock is terrible. With that BIOS just type in AUTO for all areas, even if its set at manual you should be able to type in AUTO which will set whatever area to auto.
Then try settings the AI Function to "AUTO".

Maybe due to overclock bios has become corrupt. Reflashing it should solve problem.
