I've got the P8Z77-V myself, and it's been flawless so far. Extremely well built, a great feature set, and extremely easy to overclock. From what I've read about Asrock boards, they can be a bit inconsistent; some models perform well & are stable, others less so. But then I'm biased

Its going to look like im just repeating what everyone else says here but they are very similar, i guess it all comes down to which you like the look of best in terms of Price/Appearance/Branding. both have the same type of digital 8+4 power phase so they should be very similar in terms of overclocking even if it's slightly overkill.

I use the Gigabyte G1.Sniper M3 which only has a 6+2 power design and doesnt really restrict my 24/7 overclocks, more than that like the asus RoG series which are also 8+4 are more in the leage of LN2 and extreme atempts at overclocking..

the Sniper M3 i use comes in between the price of your listed boards, granded its mATX with limited slots and connections but if your not planning to SLI/Crossfire it's an awesome gaming board..

Must admit the onboard sound was the main reason i was convinced to buy this board lol
