    Z68 asus lx motherboard

Every so often, I get a warning form asus ai suite that my voltage for 3v goes to almost zero? this is also confirmed via hardware monitor. And even once telling me I had a 0v at 12v. don't think its the psu as it never happened from my previous build. As it has not affected any running of the pc, is it something to be concerned about or just a software sensor glitch?

Thats great, if its saying that then i would use a voltage metre just to double check that it is ok, it will give peace of mind atleast.

If they were hitting 0V the machine would die. It's most likely the sensor not reading the value correctly and the software just reading this.

    Re: Z68 asus lx motherboard

Thanks everyone, that's what I was thinking, Wanted piece of mind. I installed Open Hardware Monitor yesterday and haven't come up with the error, also with HWmonitor I was getting fan speeds of 48000rpm, but with open the speeds havn't gone above 1142rpm and that is with both running together.
