Yes, there are some gigabyte boards on Ebuyer, though only one is currently in stock the other two a pre-order.

Unusual that boards are available from a tier 1 company but no reviews have been done yet.

Supposedly in production, but probably not on the shelves until spring.
AM2 CPUs work in these AM2+ motherboards though, so expect the less flexible AM2 only motherboards to start fading away.

AMD has said shipping Q4 2013, but that will probably be to system builders only (may even be shipping now?). Retail is likely to slip into Q1 2014 IMO - February or March probably.
