    Gigabyte GA-Z87-D3HP or ASUS H87-Pro (C2)?

I already bought 2 x Crucial Ballistx BLS2C4G3D18ADS3CEU Sport XT 8GB (4GBx 2) for RAM. I intend to buy an Intel Core i5 4670K and an AMD Radeon R9 280X which I may run in CrossFire somewhere down the line. The case I desire is the Nanoxia Deep Silence 6 Window and this is where I am most unsure as to which motherboard I should get. The aforementioned case has 4 USB 3.0 ports on top, and I seem to vaguely remember that 1 USB 3.0 connector can accommodate 2 USB 3.0 ports but that may be complete nonsense. The manual for the case seems to indicate that there's only 1 USB 3.0 connector, but I remain unsure. The ASUS motherboard does have two USB 3.0 sockets. I can get the ASUS motherboard for about 67.25£ which is the cheapest I can find. The Gigabyte motherboard would cost me 100.64£. That's all the information I can think of right now. If there's anything else I need to mention, please do not hesitate to ask me. Thank you.

A 4670k would be wasted on a H87 board as you won't be able to overclock it so you need Z87. A better board is the Gigabyte Z87X-D3H, if you click on today only it's less than £100. A new and very interesting board is the Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z87. It has killer nic, excellent onboard audio, does SLI and Crossfire and has been getting very good reviews. Click on today only and it's £111.59. Definately worth the extra £12 i would say.

Just in case you haven't seen it, the 4670k is on Amazon for £156.94 with free delivery.

A good motherboard is the Gigabyte Z87 HD3. It supports Crossfire and costs £85 or so.

Agreed, you should get a z87 if possible. Good spot on the snipe, I was probably would have got it at that price.
