Motherboard bios setting with a Seidon 120M

I just set up a Seidon 120M for my 6300FX cpu .. GA-970A-DS3 MB
So can someone give me advice on how to set the bios to get problem free situation .
The 1st problem i had was the sys fan warning noise buzzing up as the fan on the radiator was going so slow but the temps were 18c ,so disabled the warning .
I also got the buzzing this morning which i think came from the cpu warning stating i guess the fan had stop but as you know its liquid cooled and the temp was reading 4c on each core through core temp ..
Would i need to disable the fan smart and have the cooler running on full ??
I been playing Arma 2.Arma 3 and BF3 and the temps rarly go over 30c so again i guess its working

What's the ambient? Sounds a bit unlikely to me!

sorry the core temp program when comp is loaded up showed 4c for eack core but steaded at 9 or 10
Through the bios it states 21c for the cpu

All cores show 7c and moves up down to about 20c when doing things like surfing or starting a program up .but as im typing its now staying at 6 or 7.
Im running the Core Temp 1.0 RC4

You should have some programs that came with your motherboard on a CD.
These should provide the most accurate temps.

I'm not going to overclock anything but may i should have asked what the best setting would be ?
The radiator fan is only spinning at about 290rpm because there's no need for the fan to spin any faster as there is no need to cool down..
This is all new to me to have liquid cooling !!

the reading show 0 on the cpu fan as im sure the reason is that there is fan for the smart to adjust the speed ???

i think problem solved !!
What i did is turn off the smart control for the cpu so it has a permanent 12v with the the speed being adjusted automatically .. no buzzing so far and temps are still down .
