    jim - Asus R5E bugs

Hi Jim, can you get these logged please.

    Rampage 5 Extreme.

So far no bios revisions addressed the fault where you cannot set adaptive voltage for the cache and manage to boot the PC beyond the POST screen.

Bios timer broken in any release since 1101.

    ta.

    Stunning silence!

Can you get some feedback on the original problem please.

    And a new one.

as you know due to a lack of support, software and shielding I had to sell the Phoebus and buy a ZXR.

The Creative ZXR soundcard picks up interference from the black PCIE slots when 24 bit outputs in use. I have been working with creative who have said this is a board issue as it is only replicated on the R5E when using black PCIE that use a different controller (the chipset I think) to the 40 lanes inuse via the CPU for the red slots.

Problem is I want to be able to use the red slots for SLI, if I leave the ZXR in PCIE red slot 4, it will drag any 2nd video card to 8x instead of the 16x. I should be able to use the card in a black slot but the chipsets sending something down the PCIE causing popping and the odd crackle.

So can you raise this issue please?
