Only if the motherboard is worth £70-80 to you. Looking at sold prices 3770ks often go for £170 and 16GB DDR3 is around £60.
I think the motherboard is worth more like 130 looking at prices on ebay
Are you happy with it? Does it do what you want it to do? If the answer is yes, then you paid what you thought it was worth to you, and so it is a good deal.

I'm happy infact im super excited to get this stuff.
I'd say that estimate was a little on the high side myself, although recent sold prices for it are rather bouncy:

The question is whether it's worth that to you though. If you're not going to get any benefit out of it over a £40-50 motherboard then it probably wasn't a good deal.
You've paid about £30-£40 over the going rate for that bundle, IMO, but it gets you very close to the performance of similar new Haswell bundle for about £175 less. I wouldn't be too upset - it makes for a very potent PC.
thanks im happy as I am building my new pc and this is the best bundle I could find
I'm glad you're happy! I also was charged around £50 more for my bundle a couple years back, but I was happy with it - and that's all that matters. You'll be getting solid performance from the i7!
