Dear Sirs
I have Asus Sabertooth fx 990 R2.0 gen2. I updated new bios (2901) which offers NVMe support.
Can I use the Samsung 950 Pro 512GB as a system disk (via adapter m2-PCIe)?

I'm inclined to say "yes", but from my experience with NMVe on a chipset supported platform (Z170) I'd say hold off until you've found someone who has tried it online with your specific components.
I've got a an Asus Z170I + Intel NVMe drive and for the life of me couldn't get the BIOS to see the drive as a potential boot disk. The only way I could get Windows installed and bootable from NVMe involved a lot of messing about around including another W10 install on a separate SATA SSD (this appears to be a known "workaround").
Thanks!
Sorry, maybe I've misinterpreted what you asked looking back through the OP.
As a general system disk it'll likely be fine and plug and play without issue assuming you've go the correct NVMe drivers etc.
It's using it as an OS/Boot drive where it gets sticky.
