    Upgrading to Kaby lake

I'm looking forward to upgrade to this Kaby lake generation.
I currently own a system with a haswell 4570 in it.
I'm planning to get an i7 too.

Im looking forward to get a Biostar B250-GT5 since the board i am using right now is also from them.
Are there any bang for the motherboards out there you can suggest?
    Thanks!

Get a secondhand Haswell Core i7. I would not change platform if I was on socket 1150.

    Edit!!

Why are you upgrading and what is the full spec of your PC(especially the graphics card and PSU)??

It is strange to upgrade for such a small difference in performance unless there's a piece of technology support that's very useful for you.

I always upgrade whenever a new one comes out.
I always to this to avoid warranties of every component I have to expire.
Current build is about to reach 2 years now so I have to sell it with still a good value.
    I have a GTX 950 and a Corsair CX600

    Re: Upgrading to Kaby lake

Having looked on eBay a 4570 sells for only ~£20 more than a 3570 which is a year older. The main decrease in value is when it goes from new to secondhand.
Your CPU won't lose much more value if you wait another year, especially with the current lack of CPU innovation.

If it were me I'd be selling the 950 ASAP (that will depreciate relatively quickly) and getting a 1060/70

If you're set on upgrading, then from the reviews I've seen so far most of the 200 series boards are pretty similar so either:
shop around and grab a cheap one,
    or
if aesthetics matter, some of the boards have fancy built in RGB lighting and can interface with other RGB products to allow system-wide colour syncing. If you want this you'll want to stick with one manufacturer for all of the RGB bits.
