New Home For Intel i7-4770

Its been a while since I last built my own PC so after coming across a cheap ebay Dell Optiplex 9020 with a nice i7-4770 CPU installed. Purchase a GTX 1050 ti LP to slot inside and has turned into a nice little budget gaming rig, but it does get rather toasty inside the case. Ordered a new case (Fractal Design Focus G Mini) to allow for more airflow and should have really done my homework as it turns out the Dell system has a non standard motherboard.
So what would be a good budget motherboard for lite gaming use that I can transfer my CPU, GPU, memory and HDD to?

Side note, any recommends for a PSU?

I will need to check the ram, at the moment there is 2 x 4GB sticks will see if they are single or dual.
Is the asus-h81m-plus-intel-h81-s-1150 motherboard any good?
