ASUS Prime b350 Plus: discontinued? should I get one?

Hi, excuse my ignorance if asking silly questions but I was pondering getting a few parts together for a basic computer and thinking of getting the ASUS Prime b350 plus + APU with the built in graphics.. held off because the BIOS may need updating to be compatible. Is it being discontinued or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

I suppose the other APU compatible boards possibly have the bios problem (?), which would u recommend/should I still get the ASUS if available?

    thankyou

The difference between B350 and B450 is simply the bios. The price difference is negligible sometimes cheaper to stock shortages, the differences in board quality in the budget range varies very little. My recomendation would be simply to buy and b450 board

Thanks for advice, was looking at the B350 board with a Ryzen 3 2200g to save on the cost of a video card

First of all, you need to confirm and check if you need an x370 chipset or the b350, there are some certain advantages like QVL memory support etc, this blog https://appuals.com/amd-x370-vs-b350...is-the-better/ has covered this in detail if you'd like to go in depth. If b350 isn't available then get x370.
