Cascada

For anyone who's not had the chance to listen to this most excellent artist, I strongly recommend that you pay a visit here

One of my favourites has to be "Miracle".
Its a musical masterpiece. The thumping beat, the way the Cascada's amazing voice drifts over the notes. Its hard to resist grabbing a bottle of white lightening and ringing up Dominator Dave to go out for a ride in his Corsa.

I would add her to my friends on Myspace, but I don't think im worthy of having such musical talent as this on there. They would totally dwarf the likes of Pendulum and the other mediocre groups on my list.

So here is to you Cascada. The savour of clubland trance.

I've been listening to Cascada a lot lately, Miracle is one of my favourites aswell, and Truely Madly Deeply :)

Are we talking about the same Cascada?

As good as she is, and some of her songs are good, she's not a match Pendulum.

Oh, and if you like her, try Kim Sozzi aswell, she's got a few half decent songs.

i have heard a couple of those, sound the same to a degree though.
the ones i heard were pretty decent, but its same old thing i guess

Hate to say it guys, but if you like Cascada, you should be shot. But that's my opinion.

Agent, Darling, Whack on a bit if A&B, Ferry or AN other qualified Trance DJ and get this obsession of hating Cascada out your head. The new ASOT is out, that should sort you out. If you're gonna be sarcastic, at least put it in <sarcasm> </sarcasm> markup!

If you want a good light dance/trance album - try Tiesto's In Search of Sunrise. I'm listening to 5 atm, (quite an old one) but its good :)

She reminds me of Alice Deejay.

And I'd say that the slow version of 'Truly, Madly, Deeply' is not that criminal.. compared to the average pop act anyway.

OMG, Cascada. I find it offensively bad, it's not even Eurovision Song Contest standard. Seems to be the staple of many a Chav's CD changer though. That and the eastern block, bless 'em.

I don't like the majority of cascada songs, the original radio edits are pretty terrible. If someone wants to listen to the lyrics having a far better backing you want to give the remixes a listen. Joey Riot (if you like hardcore), Socialites and Styles & Breeze are the remixes to hear. It may appear occasionally in my last.fm thing in my sig but I have a lot of tagging I need to redo, I can assure its not the originals!

Amazing how everyone in here can take a light-hearted joke, and even have a giggle at themselves, but you, yet again have to go off on one.

Here is a newsflash for you: Posts in here don't have to be about music you like. If someone wants to post about how they think a certain artist isn't good, they are free to do so.

I could have been called "Clunks gave birth to my child", but it wasn't.

It was putting a light-hearted spin on a post. Everyone else seemed to have no problem with it. Just you. Again.

Not really. Your opinion of me is irrelevant.
If I was going to ask others their opinion of me, I would certainly not be asking someone who tells others to "FO" because they posted something you disagree with.

There is no point further echoing what Dareos has perfectly said in that thread though.
