    track identification

Saw a video on MTV dance on thursday night of a track that i really like, problem is it didnt display the artist and track name at the end of the video which is where you guys come in.

The most distinguishing feature of the video has the words "papaneuguinea" spiralling up in a double a double helix in quite bright/bold colours.

Thats all i can really remember from it, but if you know your answer will be much appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Re: track identification

It was on Platapus records. The sleave had a wire frame model of a platapus in orange or brown against a white background.

And yes, it was definitely on at least one Cream album. Might have to dig it out when i get home. This was released in the days when you got up to 6 tracks on a single, some of the mixes were double figures in length before th charts people decided you could only get so many tracks and a single could only be so long.

Look for Papua New Guinea Translations. It's got the original 12" version and then various different mixes. It's a really good album even with diverse and interesting mixes on it.
