Just saw Oldboy for the first time...

Oldboy was great, might have to watch Lady Vengeance.

I remember the first time I watched Oldboy, I'd never really watched much Asian cinema prior to that (I think Shaolin Soccer and a couple of various anime movies was my limit) and I was utterly gobsmacked by it. My dad had a clear out of dvds the other day and for some reason he was getting shot of his copy of Oldboy so I snagged it, will have to get the boyfriend to watch it at some point, just to see his reaction.

An awesome film though, one I must rewatch soon!
