That's the one! Did you know about it, or did you look it up somehow? If you do, how is it (I only read the first chapter, and though I could draw vague parallel with Bleach, it still seemed interesting)?
Kurokami, is that the ramen one?
Of course I've seen the first few eps of anime but not read the Korean manwha of it.
My train of thought from your clues went something like this:
Bleach -> Nope too obvious
UFO Princess Warukyure -> Main lead dies but now shares his soul with the alien princess. No fighting. Nope.
Kurokami -> 99% sure it is this.
There were a couple of other titles similar to UFO Princess Warukyure that floated through my mind too but, again, had no real amount of fighting.
Yes. Yes it is. Best scene ever IMO. :D
I left out a keyword when I described it because I wasn't sure if I was imagining it (I saw it in manga form, more than a year ago), but it would've been a dead give away 'Dark' (well, should've been 'Black' for Kuro but pretty close). Now that I've refreshed my memory, it reminds me of Shakugan no Shana (minus the sword).
Edit: Ah, I did not imagine it. There are differences between the anime and manga (the contract happened in their first meeting). Personalities are a bit different too.
I've not kept up to speed with Kurokami the animation. Infact I've dumped anime lately and watched Kamen Rider 555 and now onto Kamen Rider Blade.
Mmm Shakugan no Shana...love that show. :D Looks like my trip to Japan is shifting into November which means I will miss the Gundam 00 movie. :( Oh well...
Having compared the two a little more, I find the anime and manga are quite different. The manga reminds me less of Shakugan no Shana in large part due to the difference in the characters. It's also more bloody and probably classes as seinen (though it's no Claymore/Blade of the Immortal etc.).
In the manga Kuro do not go Yoda in battle (i.e. jump all over the place mixing punches and kicks) during the fight, emphasis is put in her 'boxing' style (which I think is pretty cool and something that picked my interest when I first discovered the manga). I think she's given more depth in her personality too. Keita is a bigger jerk (outwardly) in the manga (less likeable so far but it does distinguish him). Additionally he is a 19 years old looking for a job as opposed to a high school kid.
Kamen Rider eh? Do they ever cast a girl as one of the main protagonist in this series? And no, being the protagonist's love interest does not count. I've yet to check out Gundam 00 even though I really liked one of the song used in it (Ash Like Snow).
By protagonist, do you actually mean a female Kamen Rider? That I do not know as I've only watched 555 and started Blade - both of which have male KR characters. As far as being relatively central to the show, 555 had Osada-san and Mari. Osada is a baddie...maybe....ish...(Osada does bad things but freaks out she does these things as she is quite meek and shy). Mari is central to the 555 as the show revolves around her, the school she attended and that her father is the president of some super big corporation (Smart Brain). Are their love interests? Sure, some comedic others not so but that's the J-drama side of the show.
P.S. I'm still loving Cross Game - personally a best pick so far for the past, probably, year! I'm no fan of baseball but I still like the show.

Ahh and totally forgot to say:
Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn OVA episode 1 is out, released on Blu-Ray sometime in March :D
It is one AWESOME 57 minutes of Gundam :D I been waiting for a Unicorn series to come out as the actual GunPla is very nice! I hope the OVA includes Sinanju.
I finished watching Kuro Kami. The anime diverted from the manga quite early and though all of the characters are there, there are differences in personality. From the looks of it, there will be no second season, and this is going to be a stand alone series. I felt that they lost the plot half-way during one of the mini-arc where the pacing was all wrong. Still, they managed to wrap up the series pretty well. I find it not too uncommon for anime to lose the plot in the end, but in this instance, it redeemed some of the weaker mid-season.
Does Chobits get better past the first episode?
It seemed to be all about naked girls, and with my girlfriend hovering, I thought it not best to stick with watching it and switched to DN Angel (which I've mentioned before, which she doesn't mind watching, and I don't mind rewatching).
Having just finshed Code Geass (an EXCELLENT anime, similar to Death Note in some aspects, but with some extra emphasis on the combat itself, rather than just the interaction between the characters) I need something else to watch! :D
I've heard good things about Code Geass last year, I guess I'll have to check it out eventually.
Currently watching Paranoia Agent. I have to say that the way the characters are drawn is not as appealing to me as other other anime, but the story is interesting (though I worry it's going to be one of those WTH ending).
Anyone else watching the 1980 Mobile Suit Gundam available on Youtube from Sunrise? Found it via the official Gundam Unicorn site http://www.gundam-unicorn.net/en/
Zeta was (and still is) on the anime news network link I posted up. There is a time scale map thingy somewhere that shows what sites are streaming what gundam shows. Legal streaing that is so they will expire at some point.
Re: Code Geass. Tis epic. I've said it before and I'll say it again now, epic epic win. Worth it for all the C.C. moments...oh and the story isn;t half bad either ;)
Re: Chobits. "Chii~~" if that phrase annoys you...DESTROY THE DVDS!!! If you find it highly adorable, press play and enjoy. I fell in the former category.
EDIT: pictogram FTW
