Did you manage to get round to rocking to FLCL?
I managed to snag Penguin Musume Heart and Ikkitousen (and the *cough* Hotspring 'specials'). Both are well eroge, ecchi and lots of pantsu ~~~!
I think Ikkitousen looks interesting, just not had much time to watch it yet...hopefully over the weekend. Hoang, you still on MSN? Not seen you come online much mate....
Hah, I thought you got tired of my nagging you for more pantsu eps xD
Sadly, no Steam on my Macs...is L4D that good?
I am indeed a convert :)
Right anime noob in the house.
I have only ever watched 1 bit of anime (that I can remember) and that was Ghost In The Shell and I loved it.
So what anime do people recommend me watching as a starting point?
My MSN for ease of communicating is coatesanthony@hotmail.com
Feel free to add :) I dont bite..well only TAKTAK
Anyhow GitS has several "spawns"; I would guess you saw the movie that revolved around "The Puppet Master". There is 2 series and a couple more films so you can give those a bash. :) GitS: SAC (Stand Alone Complex), GitS: 2nd Gig and two movies which I forget their titles.
If you want to move away from GitS (short hand for Ghost in the Shell), you can try the two Appleseed movies (the CG ones) which is sci-fi action but less mind taxing in terms of twists/turns in the plot. Perhaps the Patlabor series of movies (of which there are three) will entertain you for plot but has limited action (so what you do see is generally quite good entertainment) - it's a cops show but with big mechs. :)
For something along the Sci-Fi scene but with a more of a twist in drama, try out Macross Plus. The movies is slicker than the 4 individual episodes (the movie is the 4 episodes mashed together and tarted up) ~ for me the movie was at a nice pace whereas the 4 individual eps seemed to drag.
0iD first post updated with your super special link :D
Well I love my action films so anything with lots of action will be awesome for me :D
Fist of the North Star.
Done :P
Perhaps the season long (read 20+ eps) of a continuous fight from Dragon Ball Z will suit you. :P
All the shows I suggested in my last post has action :)
Hahah Dragon Ball Z, now that I do love and know
Recently got back into it by seeing some DBZ ep's on youtube and it was like oooh how I missed you dear dear Dragon Ball Z.
