Keping Mum:- Rowan Atkinson, Maggie Smith, Patrick Swayzeeeee etc

If you need a laugh, a proper injection of UK Film making and a story that you'll want your mates to sit down ad watch with a bucket of wine to drink, this is IT!

Maggie Smith is a House Keeper, with a new job and a new family. Rowan's family employ her, she sorts everything out, while he keeps his Religious career on path as the local Vicar, and his missus Kristin Scott-Thomas goes off and tries to screw Patrick Swayze, her golf teacher.

Rowan is weak, his daughter is a nympho, his son's being bullied, his wife's trying to get her leg over, the entire village watches their every move, and the neighbours dog barks all night long.

Pure class. No spoilers, watch it. Murder most foul!

Yeah, excellent film, I watched it over christmas.

Plus, Tamsin Egerton is not at all unattractive in it...

I think I've watched this every time Film 4 have shown it (Probably about 8 times). It is indeed an excellent film, if slightly odd, and is well worth a watch. Not that funny, but there is the occasional giggle, and its so well made it doesn't really matter.

Sadly, Film 4 appear to of stopped showing it again.

Have to agree, excellent film. It's a little bit slow paced IMHO - one of those things to sit down to when you're a bit tired and just want something interesting, quirky and a bit funny to watch.

Think carefully before you let any ladies see it though - they might like it for the wrong reasons and start getting ideas.

nice innit? when everyone agrees on something that is virtually invisible to everyone who's not heard of it.

Such a shame that it's unheard of.
