Ah thanks for the reminder! Will be ordering this week and so I'll report back :-)
Have to agree that the new single is excellent.
How does it compare to the previous efforts? I really liked Experience and MFTJG, but couldn't get too excited over The Fat of the Land or AOBNO. I've tempted to nip into town and grab a copy.
just grabbed it off itunes after pre ordering it, only heard the first two tracks which i had heard before anyway but they are both great, its not quite experience but nothing ever will be :D
Names, people, we need names. What is the new single called? Is the album available on spotify?
The album is called "Invaders must die" and the single is called "Omen" (at least that's the one I've heard on the radio).
I saw it on sale in Sainsburys for £8.77 so picked it up at lunch and am listening to it now. It's not bad at all, even through cheapo headphones. Looking forward to putting it in the hifi later.
Mines in the post somewhere I think :( hopefully will be amazing though :D
Been waiting for a decent new Prodigy album for years - "Always Outnumbered..." was a bit of a disappoint imo.
take me to the hospitallll
Picked my copy up from my mums last night. Will be later in the week by the time i get to have a proper listen though.
This is one CD that really benefits from a quality hifi or set of headphones at a moderate to highish volume. When I played it at work on cheap headphones it didn't make that much of an impression, but through my hifi it sounded incredible. There's quite a lot of retro 808 synth sounds in it too - great for the ex rave generation!
I'm having to wait until the weekend before I get it :(
Can't wait though, their new stuff is sounding great :)
iTunes is downloading it as I speak, err type.. :D
Listening at the mo... quite underwhelmed so far :(
I like it as far as an album they can actually do live
Shame there are only a couple of really good tracks though
