New Calving Harris song - WTH is the sample???!!!

... The riff on Calvin Harris' song I'm not alone...Its driving me mad - I swear I recognise it as being something circa 1999-2000, as thats when I was really into my dance music. Just cant put my finger on what it was (or might have been near too)

Any dance music fans from back in the day have an idea?
