Thumbs up Alice in Chains back with new track

    Well I'm happy.
Alice In Chains are bringing out new music. A new album in September.

But today they released a New Alice in Chains track

    A bit heavier than before.

I must admit I'm more a fan of that old school side of them from the Facelift album than I was the miserable tracks.

I quite like their new track as well. Nice of them to let you download it for free.

I'm a huge AIC fan (probably my all time favourite band) but for me they ended when poor old Layne left us.. I'll give it a listen but without him they're not AIC.. at least for me...

They are definitely heavier, then again it could just be this track, was never a huge fan of their work but this could get my attention

Jerry wrote most of their songs though. And now they have the new guy adding to it so it is still AIC.

They will never top Layne for the vocals though.

Staley made singing look effortless - just watch anything from the unplaugged MTV session, he was an extremely talented guy. THe heaviness of the new song surprised me - is it any good? Not sure yet. Worth keeping an eye on though.

I am new to iTunes. I dislike iPods. But I heard now that iTunes do DRM free MP3s now.

I got my newsletter sent to me to pre-order this album.

Thing is though, the link opens up iTunes and looking at the prices it is all in $$.
I have yet to set up an iTunes account but does this make any difference if I download from an American Store?

Also, if I buy an iTunes gift voucher could I set up an account using the voucher instead of giving them my credit card details?

    I want a Zune HD.
