Red face Splinter Cell the movie

In the film industry it can take years for a game to become a film, we already have a character, Sam Fisher, we have loads of plots from the games but still no sign of Splinter Cell hitting the silver screen, well not yet anyway. I would love to see a film based on Sam Fisher Splinter Cell, but who would you trust to direct and produce the movie?.

Here is my line up of producer and director I know would pull off Splinter Cell and make a really good job Michael Bay is a great Director with a good eye for detail. Jerry Bruckheimer is a fantastic Producer with an impressive collection of films under his belt. Why Christian Bale...? He is the one person who would do a great job as Sam Fisher, just imagine... after makeup and effects have finished with him, give him a Army Core haircut, grey the hair, I think he would do a fine job. Why Jackson for Irving Lambert, I don't really know he was the first person that popped into my head, he has a good movie background, and considering he done a fine job in XXX as the boss I think he would pull it off.

It's been on and off changed directors, producers actors and is expected for 2010...? yeah remember how long it took to get Doom to the silver screen.

    Director: Michael Bay
    Producer: Jerry Bruckheimer
    Sam Fisher: Christian Bale
    Irving Lambert: Samuel L Jackson

What do you think, whould should be Sam Fisher, and Irving Lambert...

    Re: Splinter Cell the movie

I think the jobs you have listed aren't that important. There are plenty of good directors/producers that would do a good job and many talented actors who could make that role excellent.
With the history of films made from successful games though it's always without excepting the script that is the weakest part.
Because of the games following they tend to not put the effort in knowing the fan base will want to see the movie.
Get a good script, and everything else will follow
