The Road

Watched this last night, very impressive and one film which does seem to live up to all the hype.

The best post apocalyptic type film for quite sometime imo, and excellent acting between Viggo and his in-flim son, portraying his struggles to raise his child in such a crazy barbaric new world. I have not read the book, and some that have are not to enamoured with this (as is often the case) but i think it is well worth a watch would give it a 9/10.

its was OK, didnt get me that excited, however i didnt expect it to based on what it was about, i would give it

It's a pretty faithful adaptation - not much happens in the book either. I enjoyed it, if enjoy is the right word, but I didn;t find it gripped me the way the book did.

Thought it was a fantastic film, very grim. Wouldn't watch again, but massively enjoyed it.
