Anybody been watching Glastonbury?
Just wondered what peoples highlights from watching (or being there) the Glastonbury coverage have been? Being a fan of the gorillaz I was rather disappointed with their set, currently waiting to watch Orbital, and Faithless.
Big eye opener for me has was Groove Armadas performance, look me in the eye sister was a phenomenal track, just ordering the album.
hopefully this link will work

Re: Anybody been watching Glastonbury?
I watched Snoop Dogg's highlights on Saturday which were pretty entertaining. Orbital would be good as well, might have to check that out later.

So good to have Orbital back on the live circuit - they got me into electronica when their green album came out. Not sure about some of their later work though (having said that the two new singles that are out now are pretty good).
Re: Anybody been watching Glastonbury?
Watched the Pet Shop Boys one and couldn't help thinking "It's all very well having a technically excellent stage set, but when the sound keeps cutting out, it spoils it a bit".
Unless that was a BBC problem rather than one at the festival itself. Must check out the Orbital footage...

I like Annie Nightingale's show. I still can't believe her age though!

Yeah... A ravin' Granny isn't she
When most oldies are at bingo or sipping their horlicks she's out throwing shapes to the best breaks and beats. She best be careful, her hip might go soon ;)

Just been rewatching the Sunday night set of Stevie Wonder and... man do I wish I'd been there. His drummer was awesome too, btw.
