Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
The fridge sequence. Enough said.
Re: How about your worst film ever?
The mothman prophecies. Looked spooky in the trailers. Was a slow and brooding film. Thought it would lead to some amazing paranormal filmness. It didnt. It stayed slow. It did nothing. Hence Why I fell asleep. Maybe I missed the 'good' bits. Maybe.

These three take some beating for worst film ever.
+1 on starship troopers 2 + 3. Just terrible.
Also add onto that, Mission to mars. And just about anything with Danny Dyer in
Re: How about your worst film ever?
Yer all gonna hate me for this, but I only ever walked out on one film, and that was Kes.
But among my other fave to hates :
Sound of Music (when you work in a cinema and have to show it week after week after week in the early 70s, you soon get to hate it), +1 on the sequel Starship Troopers, +1 on Twilights, and how about 2012 ? I larfed all the way thru it, was it supposed to be a comedy ?
Re: How about your worst film ever?
Avatar, just a 3d CGI version of Pocahontis, 2 hour snoozefest, uttley predictable.
Re: How about your worst film ever?
Any film that is shown on the movies4men channel on sky.
My dad watches all these crappy 'straight to TV' style films and it makes me want to poke my eyes out with a rusty spoon.

lol, He was better in Fallout 3 New Vegas!
Re: How about your worst film ever?
The Watchmen.
Never have I sat in such a quiet cinema at the end of a film as that. A collective "WTF?" rendering people speechless.
What a load of crap.

Yes! It wasn't just me then. I have several friends who thought it was brilliant. I thought, well I guess you had to be a big fan of the comic then. Just seemed to be a pretty hum-drum super hero film done for 18+ audience.
+1 for Mission to Mars. What a pile. What a great opportunity to make a good film, especially with the talent on board.
Re: How about your worst film ever?
Has anyone mentioned the Blair Witch Project yet?
Months of hype...utter tripe.

TBH I had better things to do with my life that listen to a bloke with a blue dick drone on for what seemed like eternity. The comics must be absolutely amazing because the film was like watching magnolia paint dry.
Re: How about your worst film ever?
Sooo many to choose from, I couldn't say one so here's my list...
Blair Witch - Overhyped tripe
Viz Fat Slags - Awful, awful, awful....
PS I Love you - Irish accent - nuff said.
Any of the 'Disaster/Superhero/etc' spoof movies - They just aren't funny.
Sex & the City 1/2 - Only seen parts of those, never want to see them in full!
Possibly controversial ones…
Braveheart - Way to get a film to do well by stirring up hatred by making up history
Blade Runner - I have wanted to watch this for many years, eventually did. Thought it was rubbish, BIG let down :(
ANYTHING Tarantino apart from Dusk \'til Dawn - Overhyped "OMG I\'M SO COOL COS I SAY I LIKE IT" rubbish
Inception - Overhyped twoddle.
The Road - I expected so much, stupid as it sounds this post-apocalyptic film was just too depressing!
Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou - Disappointment, didn\'t really \'get\' it, I don\'t think it was my fault though.

Completely agree. Although I'm interested by your paint-specificity. You must have a finely-tuned sense of levels of tedium to know that it was like magnolia rather than any other colour! :clapping:

The people under the stairs, sat through it many years ago & only stayed because I fell asleep.

Ahh totally forgot about Watchmen ... 100% Agree, after "The American" this is the most boring film i've ever seen.

Agree with most there to be honest ... but
Blade Runner - Really good film, i have also watched how it was made and it makes you appreciate it alot more.
Tarantino Films - I do like most of his films, but yeah especially Dusk till Dawn, Kill Bills, Pulp Fiction etc.
Inception - I really liked it, one of the better films i\'ve seen in a long while, but then i dont over analyze films, i just try and watch them for what they are.
