Fresh Feeling by the Eels is incredible. There are so many out there I can't think right now.

The Best Day Ever probably edges it though. (I'm seriously gutted that I didn't have such a great cartoon such as Spongebob to while away my childhood years. Honestly Tellytubbies and Powerpuff Girls just aren't in the same league.)
