    Confused ...
Thought there was only 2 Tyrells - hence why they fled after Remlys death.

The Tyrells and all their bannermen returned to Highgarden. The Lanisters made a deal to wed Joffery to Margery, and Loras Tyrell, wearing Renly's armour, led their forces against Stanis at the battle of the Blackwater, arriving at the key moment to turn the battle in the Lanisters favour. The Tyrells are the second wealthiest house, and command the largest army.

I had no idea Tyrells were that powerful or had that large an army ,or they could of defeated Stannis then regardless, obviously Littlefinger saw the opportunity for something else - then again I think Margaery did too - hence her desire be Queen .

I get the impression she is going to become a major player.

Littlefinger is playing his own little game. He's now Lord of Harrenhal, but is only starting to make his move.

Yes, I didnt think he helped Tyrells just so they could benefit , I imagine their part of his plan too somehow .

What I dont get is why Tyrion was .. demoted so to speak ( my god dejavu -
I dreamt all this months ago ) I thought his father was warming to him - but now it seems not if hes decided to be the hand.

How is littlefinger going to defend Harrenhall ?

TBH after his altercation with Cersei , Im more than little surprised they gave him anything - look what happened to Ned.

What will happens to those troops Rob got from that Waldon too , now hes married ???

Yes, I imagine so ...its cruel to have to wait so long , because theres really nothing much else that can live up to it IMO.

I personally though A Dance With Dragons was the best book, hoping they get that far before the studios and ratings start to lose interest.

I am hoping the series finishes the whole story. Hate shows which get cancelled. That's why I never buy the box-sets until the show has finished.

So I just finished watching Season 2 again. Now I have to wait a year to see what happens next?

I don't think so. Just been to the shop.

    Re: Game of Thrones

I'm an English teacher, I don't get a chance to read the books I really like often (fantasy genre). Unfortunately books such as these do not get taught in school

I will get through as much of it as I can over the summer then I will have to switch to the books I am going to be teaching.

I know what you mean,I really liked Carnivale ( again HB0 ) but it never lasted. Heroes was another, though at least it had 3-4 seasons.

And another show I liked back in the late 90s ( American Gothic ) perhaps got cancelled early too - not sure.
