    Prometheus (Ridley Scott)

    Been following this for some time, originally the rumours were of Ridley Scotts new sci-fi film to be a prequel to Alien, but more recently appears that the film will be standalone but be in the same Alien universe. Either way looks like a great cast and the trailers released this week, and spot one of the many original Alien references (especially on 45 secs)

    Its gonna be PG-13. So basically - Fox have ruined it before it had a chance.

    I love how they've been downplaying the "Alien prequel" bit of it, but everything about this film screams alien franchise.

    And that's fine by me.

    Also hoping for a 15/18 version - Scott knows what his audience wants even if 20th Century Idiots doesn't.

    Not been following this much but I have to say that new extended trailer has really got me excited.

    The mrs can't wait as she is an Alien nut! And agreed with all, a PG route with this film would suck.

    Just on the power of the trailers I'm also really looking forward to this, the effects looks look awesome and hopefully the storyline will match too. Just need to find a decent cinema too watch it in, Newbury Vue multiplex is aweful
