Family Guy: USA Series -> UK Series Mapping

The Family Guy cartoon has the same episodes in the USA as it does in the states, however the series are longer in the states so fewer.

Has anyone got a list/website that maps the UK episodes/series to the USA versions.

Basically I've ripped all my collection for import into itunes, which picks up the USA series, so I need to sort the UK meta data into USA metadata before import so that it works out the synopsis correctly.

I have noticed that FX only plays certain episodes continuously, BBC3 tends to get all the new ones. Wikipedia has an episode list, says how many episodes per season and lists the boxset details :

I've seen the wiki page, but I'm trying and struggling to map the UK episodes to the USA episodes, especially anything post season 4.
