I've never understood the whole 'zombie' thing. I get the idea in Haiti, and I know they are supposed to represent mindless humans, going to malls, etc. But I don't get it! it even puts me off buying certain games which otherwise looked good.

But I did see a Brit film The Girl with all the Gifts, which was actually good, and even explained zombies. Paddy Considine and Gemma Arterton.

Patrick Ness is releasing a book, written from the perspective of the whale in Moby Dick.

I saw an early Ryan Gosling film, which was disturbing. It was great in every way, but just seeing how a predatory football coach operates, made a scenario we often read about, a bit too real. The Slaughter Rule.

My most recent watched film would be "Sleepy Hollow 1999". It's from a famous novel. The heroin and the villain both were extremely pretty in that movie.

Re: Your most recently watched movie/film?

We watched Fantastic Mr Fox at the weekend, the animated one with George Cloones. It was quite good, if recognisably Wes Anderson. Didn't quite follow the story religiously, but where changes were made they were entertaining. Spend a lot of time on IMDB, checking whose voice was whose...

I just watched Bleach. I'm a fan of anime and this movie didn't disappoint me. Can't wait for the squeals to come.

Watched Incredibles 2 and believe me it's incredible. It still managed to make me laugh even after so many years. It's a must watch.

London Has Fallen (was on Channel 5 the other night). Quite fun but got increasingly silly towards the end. 5/10
