It doesn't need to be about Christmas to be a Christmas film

We watched Smallfoot at the cinema the other day. Quite an entertaining film, which surprised me as I was ready to leave as soon as I heard James Corden's voice...

Saw Wreck it Ralf 2 today which was really rather good. Trying to drag the kids to Mary Poppins Returns later this week but they all seem reluctant!

Goodfellas, really enjoyed it. I watched some interviews on Henry Hill and from what he said real life was worse than what was portrayed in the film.

Watched Unbreakable at the weekend, with a view to seeing the 'David Dunn' trilogy, was a good start, maybe spoilt a bit by me knowing that it was part 1 of a trilogy, which people watching when it first came out may not have known... 8.5/10

    X-Men: Dark Phoenix
It was a tragedy of a film, Marvel made by another studio is a disaster.

Just got Endgame on DVD. Great culmination of over 10 years of films from the MCU.

Spent the weekend watching all the Dirty Harry films.
Had to follow it up with every episode of Sledge Hammer!... Not sure which I prefer most, TBH!!

I watched Red Sparrow over the weekend, it was a surprisingly good film, if you ignore the dodgy Russian accents....
