Jayce and the wheeled warriors, Dogtanian, Bananaman and Jimbo for younger children

Would agree about D&D, just watching the full 27 episodes again on internet

27? Is that all there were? It seemed to go on for ages, and even then I didn't get to see if they ever made it home.

Is the place you're watching them at above board?

Re: Kid's TV Cartoon/Shows that kids of today are missing out on

You could go on forever. was flicking through the kids channels not so long back, And thinking there isn't much effort put into the new style cartoons. And now looking back, I can see why i'm THICK. Must have sat in front of the TV watching cartoons lol.

Batfink, The trapdoor, He-Man, Wacky races, Dangermouse, Roger ramjet, Galaxy Highschool, Fragle rock, Bannana man, All Hanna barbera.

Yeah today's cartoons are crap, how did it go so bad when you compare it to the good old 80's and 90's?

On the other side, Japanese Anime is getting better each year.

    how about
    Hong kong Phooey
    Batfink
    Wacky Races
The Animals of Farthing Wood - I never knew if they made it, I think I watched one where they were near but had to go somewhere else or something.
    Recess

Playdays on BBC "What's the sign on the lollipop!?"

And who could forget Look and Read?

I'm not a fan of all the computer animated kids shows and the men in big furry suits.

There were loads of Scooby Doos on BBC2 / CBBC last year. My daughter's obsessed, we've got over 100 episodes of various series recorded on the PVR.
The new series "Scooby doo mystery incorporated" is actually pretty good as well. CBBC had the first half of the second series on just before Christmas, not sure when they're going to finish it.

I do love Batfink, but not entirely sure what the youth of today would make of it.
