It's annoying isn't it. For me, it's one of the best tv shows ever, the mystery, the suspense, the questions. But it got silly towards the end.

I started watching Lost on Channel 4 but missed a few episodes in season 2 or 3 I think and couldn't watch it afterwards, not because I didn't like it but because I lost track of what happened.
Last year I watched the entire series in about 2-3 weeks, watching about 5 episodes per day and loved every minute of it, the whole story does make sense, sure it's hard to fellow from episode to episode, but after watching the entire thing, it all comes together really nicely. The ending could had been better and there was some things that was left unexplained, but it's still pretty awesome and it's a shame it ended.
I really liked lost. Id did get kind of odd towards the end, but I think that was only because it needed some sort of conclusion.
As far as TV Series' go Dexter, Prison Break and Heroes (Seasons 1 and 2 are best) are very good.
I could take no more mid season three.
If they had even attempted to answer some of the questions they posed I might have lasted longer. Ultimately, it vanished up it's own rectum.

I loved Lost. But I can understand why people got fed up with it.
The end could have been better, but I don't think any ending would have been good enough.
I have the full box set and intend to watch it again to see if I can make more sense of it the second time around![]()
Tried getting into it but gave up after 2 episodes. I will stick with games of thrones and true blood
Took me a while to get into it and now cannot wait for the next one

I watched the first episode and made a judgement call that it would be long, complex ,contrived and with so many characters there would be plot holes and inconsistencies. I'm glad that I decided not to watch more.
Despite some plot holes etc, I've gotta say I really enjoyed the series overall and don't at all feel that I wasted my time.
I really miss the anticipation I would get waiting for the next episode. I miss that feeling and I've not had it with any series since.

I didn't start watching it (Lost) until about 2 years after it first started airing then watched the first 2 series over a 4 day weekend! It was the anticipation AND the not knowing where this was all leading to.
It did go downhill somewhat after that, too convoluted, but picked up towards the end. I still think the ending was a cop out, although having said that if someone had asked me what the reveal should have been instead I really couldn't tell you!
Lost was an awesome show, it is one of my favourites. I tend not to watch shows with 20+ episodes in a season as they tend to drag on. But lost was different, in season 1 it used most episodes effectively to show us the characters and make us like them. In later seasons they introduced so many plot twists.
People who haven't seen it should try a few more episodes (4 maybe, since that's a great one), once you get a feel for the characters, you might fall in love with it.
Which plotholes are you referring to? Shannons inhaler?
Did you not enjoy the 100 hours you spent watching it?
The season finales were always so awesome.
The ending and season 6 wasn't so bad. But like me people probably wanted it to be something greater than it ended up being. But that doesn't ruin the 6 seasons and 100+ episodes watched. Also, the flashback in the finale brought about so much nostalgia.. i had to rewatch the show. So i told my self to watch it in a year. Watched it, and damn I loved it.
Totally agree. There is no way it was 100 hours of your time wasted. You must have enjoyed most of those hours or you would have packed it in after a few hours in.
OK, the end was a bit of a let down, but that doesn't ruin the whole show. To be honest, I don't think any ending would have been good enough as the show was that good.

The first two seasons were incredible
