Angry Doctor Who: Series 1-7 Limited Edition Blu-ray Giftset

This is so wrong !! It shows that Doctor Who is being more US controlled !! Torchwood became an almost american look and feel series and i fear this could happen to Doctor Who . This set should be released in this country first ! Doctor Who is British made goodness and should stay British.....

Re: Doctor Who: Series 1-7 Limited Edition Blu-ray Giftset

Torchwood — Miracle Day series 4 !! totally US style

series 5 was a wibble wobbly mess with hit and miss episodes
series 6 was very american and a look and feel of a budget cut ,again hit and miss episodes !
series 7 improved a little but a great last 10 minutes which gave me the WOW!! feeling which for me has been missed since The End Of Time !
The sound and the way its now filmed seems american..
America is where the money is so it has to be catered a bit more for them .
Matt smith can play the doctor well but having weak story lines don't help !!!

Thats me but i will admit that after watching the Matt Smith doctor episode's a second time i liked it more than the 1st time i watched it

Re: Doctor Who: Series 1-7 Limited Edition Blu-ray Giftset

Oh I see, I thought you were saying something about this blu-ray set meant it was being more US controlled. There is more funding for the series coming from America, so makes sense that the American market is considered I guess. Can't really comment on the story lines - I wouldn't have a hope of writing that volume so the fact they are still passable is a minor miracle to me.
