Friends-Still watch random episodes.
The Sopranos and Dexter, of which I had to force myself to watch the last season because it went downhill
Re: Whats the longest series you've owned and watched all the way through?

I don't own breaking bad - but it was on Netflix, and I watched all of it - wasn't long compared to alot of other shows, but for this one I think it was just right!
Otherwise I don't think I have watch any shows all the way through...
Re: Whats the longest series you've owned and watched all the way through?
Owned & Watched:
Band Of Brothers & The Pacific
Can't give enough praise to either of them, both brilliant series.
Watched without owning:
Dragon Ball Z + movies, Naruto & Naruto Shippuden +movies, Bleach +movies
Re: Whats the longest series you've owned and watched all the way through?
The US Office is probably the longest I've owned, 9 seasons in total - I have up to S7 on DVD/BluRay, but have seen them all - with over 20 episodes per season (other than S1 with just 6).
Can easily watch 3 or 4 of these in a sitting, they are fantastic
Re: Whats the longest series you've owned and watched all the way through?

BSG
SG1 et al
There are a few others but I didn't own DVD/BluRays, namely TBBT and Castle and the Star Trek series.

Stargate SG1 (Fond memories) and Atlantis.
SGU was a epic fail, it was 90210 in space, so boring. Stopped watching after the first 3 episodes
Star Trek DS9,voyager,TNG and Enterprise (Shame they cancelled was getting interesting)
Supernatural
Constantine is a decent punt, not as good as Supernatural
Re: Whats the longest series you've owned and watched all the way through?
For me that'd be the following:
The Shield - 7 Series / 88 Episodes.
The Sopranos - 6 Series / 86 Episodes.
Loved every minute of both those shows. Currently catching up on Fringe, Sons of Anarchy, Breaking Bad etc etc. Mixture of DVD/Blu-Ray and Netflix. Phew!
Re: Whats the longest series you've owned and watched all the way through?
I have enjoyed a number of series:
Sharpe, Buffy, SG-1 - I recently started watching via A. Prime - so all series of The West Wing was great!
Re: Whats the longest series you've owned and watched all the way through?
The Saint , Dad's Army and the World At War :)
Watched about 3 or 4 episodes each night in bed :0 Though it may not count but now watching the trekky stuff on freesat and Dallas :)

LOL so funny, true too.
So how many episodes do people watch before they switch off a show?
Like csgohan4, I tend to watch 3 and then decide.
Just remembered that I am currently watching Bones. I'm not really sure why, some friends kept raving about it and I found it so bad that I kept watching. Over 200 episodes. Oh my god !!
Re: Whats the longest series you've owned and watched all the way through?
Community, Star Trek TNG and DS9, X-Files.
