The new Daredevil is absolutely fantastic if you have Netflix. I've also really been enjoying Gotham, Castle, Marvel's Agent's of S.H.E.I.L.D. and Game of Thrones.
I don't know what you've seen but I'm extremely disappointed with most of the replies here, assuming you haven't seen it, nobody has mentioned...

Looking at what's already been suggested all I really have to add to the lists are The X-Files, 24, The Shield, Deadwood and I'm also legally oblidged to recommend Twin Peaks. Even though nobody I know seems to like it! Oh, and as far as comedy goes, Peep Show and Blackadder. Seriously, the Blackadder boxed set is one of the greatest dvd purchases I have ever made :)
I loved the Sopranos but as far as consistency goes The Wire has it beat.... The early seasons were amazing and I'm one of the few people I know who liked the finale but it was all over the place sometimes. In fairness though, it's like comparing bacon and bacon. Watching wayward pines atm. Utterly bizarre in a thrilling kind of way. The next episode is released at the end of the month; can't wait.
Justified - I got through the whole 6 series on Sky box sets in 2-3 weeks.
