What Genres of musics do you like ?

I basically like all types of music, I can enjoy something from the 60s and some "trash" from 2015. As long as it isn't dubstep or heavy metal, I'm probably okay with it.

I'm just into rap.

I like artists, rather than specific genres.

Absolute favourites are:
Gary Numan
Joan Jett
Alannah Myles
The Sisters Of Mercy
Descendants Of Cain

To my knowledge, I have every (official) album and single for each of the above.

Others include Whitesnake, Tom Waits and Laura Brannigan, but anything I can play on drums is likely to be on the Like List... along with anything I get paid to play! :)

I quite like a bit of everything, but find I probably listen to indie stuff the most. Enjoying some rock/metal stuff lately though - all depends on the mood.

mostly 70s and 80s Rock & Metal I do like some of the 90s stuff ... also like classical music like Mozart, Grieg etc

I just like what I like, not what's in a particular genre.

That is, there's some music in genre's I generally like that I don't like, and sometimes I don't like stuff from a particular genre where I do like the genre. Same applies to artists. Just because I like most stuff from an artist doesn't mean I like it all, and just because I don't like most stuff from a given artist doesn't mean there isn't some I do like.

Also, the like/dislike thing is not binary, not a black/white issue. It's a greyscale. And mostly, my feelings are in the middle of it. Stuff I either really like or really dislike is rare.

There's still some good Hip Hop out there, but yes it sold its soul in the 90s and the vast majority of it today is utter tosh.

at the moment, mostly punk, folk, some indie stuff, and blues.

old school hip hop and rock at the moment!
