Sadly it has been recently cancelled after two seasons but was a very unique series.

I had heard people going on about it but was confused as I had only seen the Stephen Mangan version (which I thought was good), so was wondering what they were talking about. Makes more sense knowing there was another series of it. Never knew it was a book originally, and written by Douglas Adams.

I think 'inspired by' is probably the phrase. It doesn't really resemble the books...

It seems BBC America cancelled but Netflix might be still interested in the series,so hopefully they will continue it!!

Apparently Max Landis had some accusations levied against him,so not sure if this might be why it was cancelled, although officially it was viewing figures although they had not really decreased much from the first season,apparently.
