Fallout TV series being developed by Amazon

I hope it isn't as serious as Westworld,as the Fallout series has quite dark humour - the original Nuka Break fan series captured the mood quite well.

Hard to get that kind of humour across to the masses, and fallout is not exactly know for it's characters. So I have no idea how this is going to be - completely up to the quality of the writers I guess.

Westworld was excellent, went off the rails a bit in series 3 but if its the same team I expect a high quality production.

Fallout has an awful lot of story, backstory, characters etc, enough to keep it going.

Of all the franchises to get a TV spin off, this would not have been one of my first guesses. Jonj is right though, plenty of material ready for use!

Perhaps the producers have just been binging it and now need to explain to their partners why they've played so much Fallout during the COVID lockdown!

Wow I didn't know !

I guess there is some really good potential for a catching TV-show. I enjoyed watching Westworld a lot. I am curious on how they will make it and on how they will make up the story
