Angry It's officially run around screaming time.

Listening to the chart show on Radio 1 and you'll already know that the Crazy Frog Axel F tune (if it can be so called) is now No.1. What a waste of a Beverly Hills Cop theme........

I hate it. Novelty songs shouldn't be allowed to be no 1. People only buy them because they're a novelty. It would have been so much better if coldplay were number 1 - that's quite a good song.

Yeah, it's real bad for Coldplay that this came out now. In fact, most of the song isn't even the frog at all, just a resurrection of Axel F. A bit stupid really, but novelties will always win...

What you have to remember lads, is that the pop charts, like most things, is a very chav \ nobber \ screaming teenage girl \ general rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbish based market, and as such being 'good' really has nothing to do with it.

Don't let it bother you, just smile to yourself, realise that you are not part of it, and have the brains never to be so, and all is well.

After all, how many millions of people watch Eastenders and other crap soaps every week? It doesn't stop me watching the Champions League Final or Top Gear, it just makes me glad I've the taste and common sense to watch a bit of quailty entertainment, instead of the tripe these soaps try to force feed you.

If the Crazy Frog is number 1 the only effect it will have on you is that the music you actually listen to and enjoy will sound much, much better.

That's the boldest statement i've heard in a good while. What's to say that Champions League Final or Top Gear isn't tripe that is being force fed to you? Each to their own I think.

I wouldnt worry about it, its the charts...a complete waste of time anyway. Its very very rare that anything I personally like gets into the charts - but then I dont like pop music So whatever track is number 1 doesnt get to me.

I still maintain though that if I ever win the lottery i'm going to buy a few hundred thousand copies of some metal singles (something like the equivalent of 'duality', or 'Pull Harder On The Strings Of Your Martyr' - ie something that will really piss lots of ppl off) and get it to number 1, then it will be played on radio 1 etc Show the chavs what real music sounds like

    Spud1 - rofl definitely.

Personally I'm not into pop either...more of a ska-punk fan myself

Indeed. You go and watch Eastenders and listen to the Crazy Frog, and I will do those other things.

    Each to his own... sucka.

I blame the frogs. Without frogs not of this would have ever happened. Damn amphibians.
