    Night Watch

    Saw this yesterday, got mixed opinions at the mo.
    I thought the fight scenes at the beginning were cool damn freaky film i'll give it that

    Anyone else seen it?

    Yeah, I really enjoyed it. It's a bit messy, and leaves some plot thread hanging, but as part of a trilogy it's to be expected. I expected more fighting in it, but I'm glad there wasn't - makes it seem more of a 'proper' movie and less of a matrix-esque flick with vampires.

    I thought it looked excellent too, with some really good effects, especially as it only cost US $4m.

    I enjoyed it a lot - shows you dont need bullet time fight scenes every 15 seconds ot make a good film.

    Agreed. Any idea when the next chapter is due out - not in the UK for some time, but in Russia perhaps? I'd be happy importing the dvd from somwhere to see it.

    Though Miramax, or whoever releases it in the US/UK now has money invested in it, so they'll probably go the the US forst.

    Grrrrr.

    Im not a fan of this movie just didn't get into it.
